So Far So Good!

Kev managed to stay very busy today:

Hung out with a guy that he was in PHouse with, worked out at the gym, did his laundry, called school and got re-registered to finish up the one class he needs to get a high school diploma and now is out to dinner with his two childhood friends that are  GOOD KIDS.

Tomorrow he plans to go to a meeting.

Saturday he is going to PHouse for the day.  He's on "Live-Out" so apparently he will be hanging out at PHouse a few times a week.

As for me....I am exhausted.  Not sure why.  I am trying to catch up on all your blogs, I am reading but may not leave a very coherent comment :)

Haven't heard from Anthony, but I don't think he can make calls yet.

Peace, Hope and Love,
Barbara

I hope that you get some rest. I'm sure that the tension has been eating at you lately.

Thanks for the update :) Sounds good! That's cool he's going to the gym - should help with his mental frame of mind to stay positive. I worked out for an hour today - hating every minute of it until the last 15 when I was like, I feel good! I am so proud of myself! :)
You're exhausted b/c you can finally let go emotionally for a bit - your body is letting it's guard down and telling you - okay now rest! That's a good thing :)

I just love this news. Get some rest now as I am sure the buildup of him coming home has you run down. He is putting one foot in front of the other and working his program, how wonderful Barbara:)

Everything sounds good but remember K's life is his life. If you want to be involved remember, your are a rider not the driver.

Hugs Barbara.. get plenty of rest.

you are exhausted because of the stress you have endured the last months and now with K home, that stress is beginning to roll off (though not quick enough I bet) and that is causing the exhaustion...stay strong

Hi Barbara,

exercise..... good

Phoenix house....... great

clean friends....... the best

My advice: rest, and then find something you enjoy that does not pertain to your son. Hah......that is hard for me to do so it is easy for me to advise!
