Deja Vu - Sort of

I don't have the energy to say too much at the moment so I'll keep it short.

He's back in the hospital, which is where he was a year ago on 12/29/08.

I want him to get on the right meds in the right doses.

PH is going to discharge him but HOPEFULLY they have a bed open for him in a few days when he gets out.

Dear Barbara,

I am thinking of you and praying for you and your son. I am impressed that Phoneix House sent him to the hospital instead of kicking him out.

I wanted my daughter to go to Phoneix house in Rhode Island. Maybe cause it is so cold but they did not have a waiting list for self paid. The price was extremely reasonable....... around 3800 per month. This contrasts to 12-40,0000 for Florida rehabs if insurance is not accepted or cooperative.

The Right Meds could be the answer. Keep the Faith. Hugs. Keeping you and Keven in my prayers.

I know that this is rough for you.. but make time for YOU and don't feel guilty. You need to recharge or you'll get burnt out.. this could go on for years..

Don't feel guilty about self-care.. (hugs)

I hope they can get his meds straightened out and he can return to treatment. I hope you get some rest tonight. (((HUGS)))

You and Keven are in my thoughts. Please take care of yourself. There are many of us out here thinking and praying for you as well.

What happens if the meds are right, but he can't get back in treatment? Did he have to go inpatient for that?

Anna, P. House has been awesome. I think its full of caring people. But it all boils down to the addict - are they ready, do they want help?

Thanks all of you for the comments.

Lacey - that is a huge concern but I am not going to think about it, I think somehow it will work out. Kev's Probation Officer is a key player in this whole thing and will do all he can to get what's best for Keven. He has to get back in....he's come so far there!!!!

Barbara, I hope that his dosage is regulated and the right meds will be a solution for the physical problems. Then I hope that the emotional and spiritual problems will be healed.

Ditto Syd's comment for me.
