Tomorrow will be an interesting day. The judge will determine if my son should stay in jail waiting for an opening to the rehab she ordered him to, let him come home and wait, or find a different plan for him.
I just want what's best for him....but I sure hope it involves a 90 day in-patient recovery.

Such stress you have been living through. The court system seems so random. I hope your son takes whatever steps he has to take to never find himself in the position of having his future decided by a judge. Drugs always take people farther than they ever intended to go.
Waiting at home is a bad idea. It hasn't worked before. I think waiting where he is might be better for now.
Madison, I have been learning a lot about the court system latley, it does seem random.
Lacey - I agree. He's not ready to be home and I sure as heck am not ready for him to be here. I think he tried to scare me with his stories the other day because he doesn't like that I am getting stronger so he played to my emotions.
