No news is good news...

I didn't hear a word from K today, or PH or his doctor or PO.  I guess no news is good news.  I don't know if I need to find him a new doctor or not.  I am very confused.

The innocent childhood days are gone forever.  I don't know exactly when or why things went so terribly wrong to get him where he is today.  I can't turn back the clock.  I need to stay strong and hopeful.

This is K with Bella as a kitten.  She was dropped off at my aunt's back porch by her mother (a stray).  We brought her home and she immediately chose K as her favorite person.

Every night she walks across the hall to see if he's in his room, then she walks back in my room.  I think I heard her sigh tonight.  She misses him too.  He'll be home soon (Feb 19).

Peace, Hope and Love,
Barbara

Wait, that's 3 cats I've counted! We have similar pics of S. curled up with our cats when they were kittens and he was a boy...so sweet and innocent. (sigh) One of our 3 has slepts in the doorway to his room since he's been gone.

Isn't it amazing what animal are aware of?

I am hoping no news is good news for you both. He is probably being encouraged to solve hos own problems at this time.

Thinking of you often! (((HUGS)))

Sarah, thank you so much for saying that and for caring, it means more than I can say.

Midnite, yes animals are incredible. I kind of wish I was a dog or a cat sometimes, they have it pretty easy :) I am thinking about you a lot too!

How precious...yes animals know indeed...when my MIL lived with my ex and I, we were away and had a 24 hour nurse living with her for that time. One morning the nurse woke and opened her bedroom door. Our dog Rocky was sitting at the door looking at her and she knew...

Rocky turned and walked downstairs and sat at the foot of MIL bed...she had passed.

As far as the post below...you are doing right by K...find someone who will understand.

I know that she will be glad for K to be home. I think that you are an inspiration to so many.

You know... YES, no news is good news! And you know he is safe and busy learning new tools he will be able to put to good use in his future. I do think animals know their family, even when my older dog hasn't seen his "sissy" in months (my oldest step-daughter), when she comes to visit, no matter how many people come in with her, he knows right who his "sissy" is and only has eyes for her!
